Description: The basic healing Jutsu that most medical ninja use as a stepping stone towards the more complicated medical Jutsu. The healing Palm technique is a first aid skill more than it is a healing skill. Instead of neutralizing the poison, healing the wound or restoring the damage done this technique temporary stops the negative effects of a wound. This skill is very useful to temporary stop the bleeding or to temporary disable the effects of poison. Each location costs a different action, each location remains under the Jutsu's effect for 30 in game minutes but it's effects will instantly cease if the target is hit on the wounded location once more in the meantime.
This technique does not heal the HP damage but only works away the negative effects of said wound. Only works on locations with the following status effects : Sick, Wounded, Heavily Wounded, Paralyzed and Poisoned.

Limit: Iryō Ninjutsu C.

Description: This is a basic medical ninjutsu meant for first aid purposes. This Jutsu is a quick way for dealing with minor wounds than the more advanced ones but medical shinobi that don't have a higher ranked medical Jutsu can still use this technique to greatly help their allies. This Jutsu can be used in one of two way.
1. The user pays 11 chakra and 2 ME in order to heal one regular wound. It cannot heal heavy wounds or anything more severe. Healing the wound in this fashion however does not restore the HP connected to it. It just permanently removes the negative status effects connected to it.
2. The user pays 11 chakra in order to heal 2 points of HP that are not directly connected to any wound.
This Jutsu with the correct use can indeed achieve much of the same effects that a higher ranked medical jutsu probably could but will cost more time and chakra to get there.

Description: A more advanced medical technique which is a stronger form of the Chiyoshou no Jutsu. After forming the needed hand seals a small sphere of healing chakra will appear in the user's palms. By moving this ball of chakra over the wounded locations the target's body will absorb the healing chakra to aid in it's own healing process greatly speeding it up. This technique can instantly heal sickness if diagnosed and applied correctly (not possible during combat situations as diagnose takes too long for that.) It is also capable of healing some lower level wounds closing them up completely and returning the HP to the target that they lost due to the wound. This technique however is unable to heal Marked HP damage the target received through sacrificing it for chakra.
Only works on locations with the following status effects : Sick, Wounded, Heavily Wounded, Paralyzed.
Otherwise it is also capable of healing up to 3 points of HP per treated wound AP cost if the HP damage is not marked as sacrificed or connected to a wound or the effects of poison. This technique cannot heal or help against poison.

Description: Saikan Chūshutsu no Jutsu is a technique developed by Medical Ninja for the purpose of slowing the effects of poisons and sickness and the creation of antidotes. The user will manipulate a puddle of water with his chakra and descend it into the poisoned body. The chakra fueled water will attract the poison particles and assemble them withing itself. Extracting the water from the poisoned body the Medical Ninja will take along the poison particles. Doing so will slow the spread of poison and in case of weak poisons neutralize their effects completely. In case of strong, professional poisons this technique will only service as a means to slow the poison's effects and a way to get a sample of the poison for the purpose of creating an antidote.
This technique essentially heals any sickness or poison rated below B-rank. And service as a means for a sample of the threat which would allow a skilled medic to create an antidote. For every unhealed sickness and poison in the body the effects will be slowed down and weakened resulting in removing all of their negative status effects, aside from the lack of PE and ME regeneration. However if the user will strain their body these effects will come back nevertheless. The slowing down process will only last for 1 in game day as long as the target rests.

Description: Shikon no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that uses a dead body to create the illusion of a living person. The ninja can animate a normal dead person. Using this jutsu they make the heart beat again, allowing them to control the actions of the dead body. The user must remain concentrated for this Jutsu to work, dodging attacks or using other Jutsu can easily break this concentration depending on the users Mind Stat.

Every dead body in range is eligible for this technique and all of them can be used.

Each body has 5 AP per round. The body retains 1/2 of it's original stats but is only capable of performing physical attacks. The user must sacrifice his own Taijutsu stat to spread among these reanimated bodies (the stat can be distributed however the user wishes it.) thus making himself more vulnerable to attacks while this Jutsu is active and the more active bodies he creates the more vulnerable he becomes.

However the user can choose to make the bodies lay down as if dead at start of his round actively regaining his Taijutsu stat for that round from that body, in this case the Jutsu remains active and the body can be reactivated the next round. (for that round the user also does not pay the 1 ME per turn cost for the not animated body)

If however the user comes under an attack and wishes to instantly regain his Taijutsu stat for the purpose of defense they can do two things;
1 drop the technique to do so instantly (completely deactivating it at full.)
or 2, pay 7 ME in order to use their own full Taijutsu stat while keeping all of the animated bodies active and having them retain the stats as distributed before. This cost will only cover this effect for a total of 1 round.

If this Jutsu is used to keep a living person's heart active it can only be used on one target.

Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries.Highly skilled Medical-Nin can use this technique to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.
This Jutsu can heal wounds, heavy wounds, severe wounds, sickness and parallelization on the designated location, healing the wound through these means will also restore the HP damage connected to causing it. Only one status effect can be healed at a time.
If the user possesses Chakra Control Skill of S-rank they are also capable of healing Lethal wounds and the HP connected with it. (This costs 1 additional chakra compared to the regular cost.)
If the user has a specialty in Chakra Control for forming Medical Chakra and has Chakra Control as S-rank they are also capable of healing the HP used as sacrifice for chakra. (1 HP at a time.)(This costs 2 additional chakra compared to the regular cost.)

Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin.
This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

This technique does B Rank damage with every successful hit and does not damage the outer tissue of the target making detecting and healing the wound caused much harder.
Other techniques that require hand seals or hands to use cannot be initiated while the chakra scalpel is active.
Although the damage it does is only B-Rank it's armor value is still A-rank and thus allows it to block A-rank weapons and attacks as well as effectively cut through them. This due to this technique being specifically designed not to damage organic tissue as much, it still damages all non-organic tissue as an A-rank attack normally would.

Cannot do more than 4 HP damage with one hit.
All wounds caused by this Jutsu are one rank higher than usual.
To use this technique in battle effectively the user must have Taijutsu of 6 and a Sealing Knowledge of 11.

Description: Inyu Shometsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. Focusing their chakra to an area to be hit, they can begin the cell creation process the moment the area becomes injured.
The user decides on a location and prepares for impact on the chosen limb or body-part (arm, leg, upper torso, lower torso, head, groin or neck.) This can be done at any moment as it costs no AP to perform this technique.
The user then pays 2 ME per round per body part. Then if the user is struck with a successful attack on one of the chosen body parts and they have a sufficient amount of active chakra in their system (16 per body-part) the damage received will start to heal automatically thus effectively neutralizing the damage of the attack or otherwise significantly decreasing the damage received. This technique heals wounds, heavy wounds and even severe wounds on the spot including the HP damage that caused them. Likewise it will heal any HP damage which isn't sufficient enough to cause a wound. (thus 1 or 2 HP damage). After damage calculation is performed the healing works of this Jutsu will be deducted from it before actual damage is applied. The user still receives PE, ME and FCS damage in full if such damage is present.
This technique can be activated and de-activated on will (this must be stated in the battle post.)
In order to be effective the technique must already be activated before the turn in which the attack is aimed at you, not in the turn where you are defending against it. Then it will be too slow to take effect.

Description: Ranshinshou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Medical Ninja. Changing the chakra in their hand into electricity, The Medical Ninja can create an electric field to disrupt their target's nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, Medical Ninja can use the field to disrupt their target's ability to move.
What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body.The opponents ability to move will be decided by their Intelligence Stat and their FCS Stat and their Medicine Skill , but like all else, mostly on their role-playing abilities. However a high level of intelligence is allowed to heal this.
This technique works as a simply Taijutsu strike, if it hits the above effects are applied. The effects are permanent but a smart enough ninja can work out the new patterns and live with it. However if used again on them they will again fall under the above circumstances.

Description: Kishou Tensi is a secret Ninjutsu ability developed by Medical Nin from the Hidden Sand. With this technique, the user can transfer his life in exchange for one who is already dead.
Some claim they can even breathe life back into a hitokugutsu with this technique.
This technique thereby allows Chiyo to save the life of those too badly damaged for typically medical treatment Jutsu like Shousen.
If the target of the jutsu is not dead, the user will not transfer all his life essence in exchange. Thus allowing the user to barely live. Thus it is a very powerful healing technique that comes at a high price and risk.
This technique is usually only used as a last resort for the dangers it poses to it's user.

If the target of the technique is dead they will be revived at the cost of the user's life and will be completely healed, the target can also choose to take in the 28 chakra used for this technique into their system for their own.

If the target is badly injured beyond medical help or beyond the help of any other medical jutsu they will be completely healed at once of all their wounds, HP damage and negative status effects, the target can also choose to take in the 28 chakra used for this technique into their system for their own. The user will receive a Heavy wound and will loose all their HP aside from 1 that they would be left with. Then a roll is performed, and if the roll result is a 10 (on a D10) the user will suffer 1 more HP damage.
